Try doing the conversion on the Mac with something like Graphic Converter
(shareware), available at any Info-Mac archive. I found version 2.4.3 in
Graphic & Sound Tool/Graphic/graphic-converter-243.hqx. As always, Apple
maintains a list of Info-Mac mirror sites at http://www.apple.com/info-mac/
info-mac-mirrors.html.
