We have just received FACSComp 2.0 for our FACScan and it seems to have a
major error in it. If we try to set the Target Values that we are told to
do on the Calibrite Bead box the program unexpectedly quits when we click
on OK. I have done the usual of remvoing extensions etc but it still does
not work properly.

The BD rep cannont help us. Has anyone else had this problem?

We are runnning a Quadra 650, 16 Meg of RAM, latest BD inits.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
