UV-excitable fluorochromes for flow cytometry
Dear colleagues,
A couple of weeks ago, AMCA and Cascade blue were mentioned, and it was said
that they can be quite dim. Does anyone out there have any experience with
Lambda Blue 470? Do you know if any avidin or streptavidin conjugates are
available? Has anyone compared Lambda blue with AMCA and/or Cascade Blue? Can
you share your opinions?
Searching for the "brightest blue",
