Does anyone have experience with chicken embryonic lymphocytes (day14)? We
are looking at density gradient separated cells (1.077 g/ml) and are having
trouble identifying the cells isolated. I would appreciate anyone mailing me
a scatter plot. Would immature neutrophils be collected on the gradient?
Thanks in advance.
