Software for yeast ploidy determination

We wish to determine ploidy of industrial yeast (up to 6n) from
listmode FACScan data. We are using 7-AAD at low concentration so
aren't too worried about rRNA. We grow the cells to minimise
mitochondrial interference. We therefore only need a program to take
account of: cell cycle stage/cells with attached buds/doublets.

Are you familiar with a good program for this that we can use for free (or
cheap!)
