Julie-
There have been published reports using cacade blue with
argon uv excitation. Although the exccitation is not
optimal, the fluorochrome may be bright enough with the
mab(s) you are using. It is used by several researchers
in our facility with krypton (405nm) excitation, a
better excitation match than the argon. It is available
through Molecular Probes.
