IgM positive serum

Hi, Fellow Flow-ers,

I am putting this request out in Flow-land, in the hopes that someone
"out there" may be able to help. We have a patient whose serum we use
consistently as our positive control. She had strong IgM antibodies to T
and B cells which have now converted to IgG. We are in DIRE NEED of a
replacement control. Does anyone have such a patient, who demonstrates
strong IgM only antibodies to T and B lymphocytes and wouldn't mind having a
couple of extra tubes drawn on a monthly basis? Perhaps we can work out a
$$ plan? Of course the serum must be negative for the usual hepatitis,
HIV etc. screens. Or does anyone know of a commercial source?

Thanks in advance.
