hello,

our work involves differentiation mechanisms of sebocytes, whose primary
differentiation phenotype is lipid accumulation. we are trying to use nile
red fluorescence to ascertain the level of lipid accumulation in cultured
cells, but are getting FACScan results that leave much to be desired in
their consistency.
i am looking for any suggestions?
thanks very much,
alex kentsis.
