cell sorting and mRNA in situ hybridization

Hello. I am looking for information about using fluorescent in situ
hybridization of mRNA to do cell sorting (the mRNA that I'm interested
in is very abundant). I would appreciate if you could send me detalied
protocols about this matter, and suggestions about the feasibility of
this approach. Thank you,
