Does anyone have experience with the fixation of cells after staining
with FITC or PE?
I am using 1% paraformaldehyde in PBS and analyze the cells within 12
hours after fixation.
We are planing to do some experiments with lavages on humans at high
altitude and I won't be able to get to a FACS for at least 5 days. Is
there a possiblity to fix stained cells for such a long time?
Many thanks for any help in this regard.
Ruedi
