"A question for the immunologists among us.

I'm in search of 4 cell lines, from 4 different species, which all express
clearly/high detectable levels of surface Ig's on their membranes."

Some of the best murine surface Ig positive cell lines are the CH lymphoma
series created by myself and Geoffrey Haughton. One in particular, CH12, is
useful since we have cloned isotype switched lines of this lymphoma which
grow in tissue culture. We have available CH12 which expresses surface IgM,
IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgA. The light chain expressed is a kappa. All of
course have the same IgH VDJ and IgL VJ rearrangement. The antigen
specificity of the CH12 Ig is known, phosphatidyl choline. If it is of
interest we also have a clone of CH12 which has lost heavy chain expression
due to a deletion, there is no message. Kappa expression is retained. This
line is useful for iserting clone heavy chain constructs.

The lines may be obtained by writing Larry Arnold or Geoffrey Haughton at
