Has anyone experience with 532 nm excitation of new (and old) dyes? We use
a 532 laser in our EurOPA flow cytometer for phytoplankton analysis.
Normally we look at pigments, like chlorophyll. Now we want to analyse DNA
content and antibody-labels simultaneous. So, if you have any suggestion,
please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
