Dear David,
The following setup of the EPICS Elite ESP worked for us:
laser: Ar 488 nm, 15 mW
filters: FITC (525 BP; PMT2), PE (575 BP; PMT3), ECD (610 BP; PMT4) and
PerCP ('open' or 675 BP; PMT5)..'open' works better.
mirrors: 550DL, 600DL and 640DL
compensation: PMT3-2 (43.1%), 2-3 (0.2%), 4-3 (46.7%), 5-3 (1.5%), 2-4
(0.2%), 3-4 (19.8%), 5-4 (32.8%), 4-5 (2.3%)....may have to vary these a
little depending on your antibodies.

We were informed by BD here that the emission of PerCP is at 670 something
nm (from the top of my head - 678 nm!?!). Although we can detect PerCP on
the EPICS, we have not been able to do so on our FACStarPLUS! We are still
waiting to hear from BD...and meanwhile we are trying to figure out the sets
of filters and dichroic mirrors for the FACStar+. Maybe you or someone else
out there could help?
