Anyone on the list had experience with Bruton's ?

Specifically with respect to other Lymph subsets as distinct from the
definitive absence of B cells.

We have 6 Brutons, of which 4 are female and therefore presumably autosomal.

Is this an unusual balance and does the autosomal variant differ from the
X-linked in terms of subset patterns ?

Any information gratefully received.
