Hi, the paper on detection of low levels of pgp in leukaemic blasts
is in Cytometry (15:64-72, 1994). More recent than I thought.
It's largely a mathematical treatment of the data using a
custom program for histogram subtraction to yeild more accurate
percent positives. I think you can get similar results using
mean, net fluorescence.
