There will be a Pittsburgh, PA area flow cytometry user's group meeting being
on November 14, 11:30 a.m., 16th Floor Conference Room, University Of
Pittsburgh Medical Center Bio-Science Tower. After talking with several
people in the Pittsburgh area who operate and work with flow cytometry, I
discovered many of them did not know the group exists !!!
The meeting will include presentations and demonstrations of Cytomation's
(Ft. Collins, CO) High Speed Flow Cytometry Sorting systems and Medical
Science Associates' (Pittsburgh, PA) listmode analysis and cytometry database
management systems.
The user group apparently has had attendance of up to forty-five people but
attendance has been declining. Pittsburgh area users are encouraged to
attend. Those interested should contact David Parish at the University of
Pittsburgh Medical Center's Cellular Therapeutics Flow Cytometry Lab
(412-624-1074) for more information.
CD ROM Vol 2 was produced by staff at the Purdue University Cytometry Laboratories
and distributed free of charge as an educational service to the cytometry community.
