CD19/CD5

We have a recurring problem with apparent CD19 expression on some large T cells
interfering with accurate estimation of CD5+/CD19+ B-cells in some cases. The
number of events in our large cell gate tends to run higher in these
circumstances than the number of cells in this gate in our other tubes. Has
anyone else experienced this? Steve Swerdlow
