If you are using a Mac, never dream about using anything but Endnote, i.e
the Endnote Module 2.0, and EndLink 2.0. The module only works with
Microsoft Word 5, not with Word 6. For more than a year they have promised
an upgrade, which would work with Word 6, so far nothing has come out. But
who would want Word 6 anyway. I have diabled mine and use it only to
communicate with DOS - Windows people. The module works only with Word 5.
The module is far superior to the normal Endnote programme, which works
with any word processor. The module is part of your word processor, so you
never leave the word processor, and you operate only with one file. The
EndLink allows importation from Medline (CD ROM or on-line). There is a
Windows version of Endnote, but as far as I have understood, it does not
have the module anbd works like most other reference programmes.
