Hi Derek,

The data files are FCS 2.0 format (with some special modifications of
BDIS), in order to get them into a text readable format you would have to
convert them to ASCII.

I think the easiest are MFI or WINMDI (look in on the WWW under the URL
http://www.bio.umass.edu/mcbfacs/flowcat.html#cytopc for details and
downloading).

The output file you can then load into Excel or whatever you want....
