We also use Contrad 70 (ConRAD or Contrad?) we get it from Beckman to
keep our flow through cuvettes in our spectrophotometers clean. I do not
know who sells it but it works great.
For the FACScan we use Liqui-Nox (we buy from Scientific Products). We
dilute it 1:20 with a 1:10 solution of bleach in water. We run this
followed by Coulter Clenz each for about 10 minutes at the end of each
day. Seems to work good.
