Hi All,

I am trying to characterize cell line species (Human, mouse, Rat,
Rabbit...etc) using the flowcytometer. I am thinking of using MHC monoclonal
Abs (HLA ABC, H-2K, H-2D...etc)

-Is MHC phenotyping enough to characterize various spp. without cross
reactivity?
-Are there MHC monoclonals for all various spp?
-Are there any other methods to characterize spp. using the flowcytometry?
(we're using Isoenzymes now)
Thanks in advance.
