DNA of Yeast

I have had many requests for copies of DNA distributions of yeast cells. I am
trying to get ahold of the PI and get permission to post these pix. (I can't
imagine why not.) Once I do, I will put histograms on Steve Kelley's public
server (Okay Steve?). I will post again when they are there.

Disclaimer: I do not claim that these are the best distributions possible, only
that this is what we generally see when we flow yeast cells. Anyone who would
like to comment on the quality of these pictures is welcome.
