NBD/PE Use

Posting this for a colleague...

I am trying to do 2 color FACS. I am studying the binding of liposome
vesicles containing a protein to HUVECS. My vesicles are labeled with
NBD-PC, and 20% of my protein of interest is tagged with biotin. I
would like to do two color FACS, and when I tried to use
Strepavidin-PE it seemed that the compensation had to be set very
high. Does any one have experience using NBD and PE in double
staining? Should I be using a different second dye?

Thanks for the help
