Apoptosis/FCM and Pulsed Field

Hello to all once again! Does anyone have experience is using pulsed field
eletrophoresis to verify the apoptosis we see in flow. I have the CHEF
DR-III unit from BioRad and I have so far been unble to "see" larger
fragments (multimers of 180-200 base pair) of DNA from apoptotic cells.
