Thanks to all who have contributed their comments on my
recent query on the pros
and cons of core FACS Facilities providing a MACS Cell Sorter. I certainly
will compile the comments and post them to the List. So far the technology
is wel recieved, but the cost is high. Any other comments or pertinent
isssues out there?

Now for something completely different.......
Does any reader of this list have any experience or
suggestions on doing flow,(DNA)
analysis on nematodes ( C. Elegans)?
