Yes, this should be very similar to quantifying surface cluster designation
(CD) marker binding sites SEE Biotechniques:Volume 18, No.3,(1995) pages
504-509, Quantitation of Cellular Receptors By a New Immunocytochemical Flow
Cytometry Technique, Zagursky, diane Sharp, Kimberly A. Solomon, and Abe
Schwartz. They identified surface receptors of recombinant chinese hampster
ovary cells expressing cell surface glycoprotein receptors using monoclonal
antibodies.
