In principle, it looks like the FACSort will be gentler on the sorted cells
and less of a biohazard to our operator (ME!), than the jet in air type of
sorter. It also should be technically simpler to use.
I am concerned about recovery of the sorted cells.
Can you persons out there who use them to get viable cells please advise us,and
tell us any tricks that may be required... BD sales people may refrain at
this stage.
