I have a general question about sorting unfixed human cells on a FACS
Vantage. I remember discussion on this awhile back and was
wondering how other labs are doing in regulating researchers ability to
sort unfixed human cells. We have some investigators who wish to
sort these cells, but being from a research based institution, we have
mainly sorted mice and rat cells and I'm not caught up on the current
policies being practiced. We have a FACS Vantage with no alterations
done to it (no biohazard containment, etc.). Could I get some advice on
this subject.

Thank you in advance
