GUS expression and Elite Users List

Hi folks!

I have a quick question--has anyone tried to detect GUS expression in
recombinants using flow, or do you know of anyone whose tried? If so,
could you drop me a line?

Also, for you Elite users--(you've either forgotten about this or
given up on me by now)--I will have the current version of the Elite
Users Directory ready for mailing within a day or two. I have been
embarassed, cause I thought I'd lost everything when my HD died, but
(wonder of wonders) I had actually archived those mail messages onto
a floppy, which I just found. First time in my life I've ever had
backups of lost files! Many apologies for the delay!

A thought for the season:
"I enjoy deadlines. I love the whooshing sound they make as they
fly by" (Douglas Adams)
