Hello,

I was wondering if any one can point me in the right direction to find
more information on the microdrop technique to encapsulate single cells
in agarose gel to detect protein secretion. I remember hearing a talk
about it at Lake Placid, and I have found the abstract in the cytometry
supplement (Flow Cytometric detection of specific protein secretion from
single cells. F Gray, I Strehlow, J Kenney, and JF Dunne., Syntex Discovery
Research, Palo Alto, CA.) Has this been published? (I think it has) and
does anyone out there have any experience in the technique? We are looking
to sort cells according to protein secretion. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Davin
