Tmemory markers

After lurking and learning for some time I finally have a question:

Could anyone recommend suitable markers for defining subsets of T memory
cells versus naive T cells in mice? I am interested in examining the
induction of T cell memory following a primary inoculation of bacteria.
Details of which clones to buy and from whom would be appreciated.

Many thanks,

Mark.
