CD41 vs CD61

Does anyone have any experience with a direct comparison of CD41
and CD61 in the detection of megakaryoblasts. I am interested in
comparisons of sensitivity and specificity and any publications
that address these issues. We routinely run CD61 in our acute
leukemia screening panel together with CD14 and CD45 as a third
color.

Thanks.
