Hi Ross, Bruce Edwards, et al, published a paper on JI describing, among
other things, a simple fcm method for analysis of human nk cells, target
cells, and nk-target cell conjugates.
"Realtionship between target cell recognition and temporal fluctuations in
intracellular CA 2+ of human nk cells" Journal of Immunology. Vol.
143,1058-1065, no. 3 Aug 1989.
