Hello!
I am interested in quantifying CD10 in leukemic cells, preferably
through a direct assay. My first idea was to use beads to standardization
( as in Lavabre-Bertrand T et al, Cytometry 1994;18:209-217) but I
have been unsuccessful in contacting Flow Cytometry Standards Corporation
Does anyone have a better idea?
