Hi
One of the more recent "markers" proposed for plasma cells in
immunohistochemistry has been the BB4 antibody.
Has anyone information of the corresponding antigen, its distribution?=
Is the gene cloned and published?
Has anyone been successful using it in FACS-analysis? Would you detect 100%
of myeloma cells???

Birger
