As of June 5, 1995, our group has separated from Cytometry Associates. We
are please to announce that we will provide uninterrupted service as
HematoLogics, still located at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Our
clinical and research group has consistently provided improvements and
innovations in the field of hematopathology, and will continue to provide
multidimensional flow cytometric analysis and interpretation on your clinical
specimens. We will also provide cytogenetic and gene rearrangement studies
on specimens needing those services.

Please be assured that any specimens sent to us will be processed and
analyzed in the same efficient manner as expected from our professional
group, with the same fast turn around times. We will continue to accept
assignment for billing, and are willing to discuss other billing options with
your group.

Our new laboratory requisition forms and Federal Express Account numbers are
available by request. The previous Cytometry Associates requisitions and
Federal Express mailers can be discarded. Our courier services will remain
the same. You may continue to reach us at (206) 667-6930 with any questions
or concerns. Thank you for your continued interest in this very exciting
field.

Warm regards,
