Hi all!

We have been using Empower II (see address below) to keep track of our
user's aquisition time on our FACStation. We have been using it for
about 5 months now and have not had any bad luck with Cell Quest,
Attractors, Quick Keys, or Modfit LT. There is one catch though. This
program records the time that users log on but it does not have any
function to let users log off. The way I got around this was to have
the users reregister at the end of their aquisition. This was a pain at
the beginning but everyone seems to have the hang of it now.

Also, one feature which was nice to have is that Empower II allows you
to put in an extra line of inforation which gets recorded with the users
name. This info could be a PI's name or as in our case we have users
tell us whether they are doing aquisition or analysis as we do not bill
for analysis.
