CD34+'s in non-blood environment

Thanks to your help and with WinMDI logical gating I feel relatively comfortable
in quantitating CD34+ in blood and in blood MNL's. However, can anyone advise
on quantitation in other cell populations with different characteristics, such
as fetal liver cells or cytokine/factor stimulated cultured cells?
