Regarding the FACSnet thread, I would like to throw in another set of
observations.

When FACSnet launches it goes through some steps that result in messages about
device addresses and INET. Specifically:

-a -v -heha
Device heha address ####### now up
Route [INET] xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx now up
nfg complete

Sometimes the middle two messages are skipped and the nfg complete message
appears by itself. IF THE MIDDLE TWO MESSAGES DON'T APPEAR, MY SYSTEM WILL
HANG WHEN I HIT LOGIN. Therefore, I don't hit LOGIN but instead hit F8, F1 to
quit back to Master Page. I then launch FACSnet again. It's faster than a
reboot!
