A reference you may want to consult is in this month's (May) issue of Clinical and Diagnostic
Immunology. I don't have the exact title with me at the moment, as I've recently moved, but
it deals with a comparison of Ficoll vs. whole blood specifically for leukemias and details a
two-color whole blood method that works equally well with both peripheral blood and bone
marrow. I can send you a protocol that is actually more current than the one we used in the
paper, if you like.
