I was extremely surprised that anyone should consider Dr
Darzynkiewicz's contribution inappropriate to this mailing list. The
majority of contibutors to the list seem to be from medically- related
disciplines bordering on immunology/haematology, and the NIH
provides a central pillar for research in this area. The title of
the message was fairly explicit and anyone who wasn't interested
could easily delete it.

A second point: the tone of exchanges on this list is usually
friendly, helpful and polite. I would prefer it to stay that way.
