PC-Elite transmission problems

Hello,
I have some problems with PC<->Elite data transmission.
PC sends to & receives from the cytometer all machine settings (parameters,
voltage, wattage, pressure, discriminators, etc.) - good boy!
but it can't receive fluorescence data for histograms (acquisition is OK!).
What's wrong? Where should I look for damage?
