Hello!

We are studying the bacterioplankton populations revealed by flow
cytometry after DNA/RNA staining with YOYO, TOTO and SYTO series.
Does anybody knows if these nuceic acid stains can bind
non-specifically to macromolecules of bacterial envelopes?

Thanks in advance,

Jaume
