Cy7 reactive dye can be purchased from Biological Detection System (BDS) in
Pittsburgh PA. The protocol for reacting with PE or APC can be found in
Roederer et al, June issue of Cytometry... Currently, no manufacturer is
supplying either the tandem or antibodies conjugated to the tandem--but if
enough people yell, I'm sure they'll listen.
