We are running Cytomation's v3.14 on our Pentium PC. We requested 3.14
from Cytomation ASAP to correct for lockups that occured while using
v3.13, especially Region Adjust while in SORT Monitor that caused stack
overflow and shutdown of the program. This crash was specifically
listed as fixed by v3.14, unfortunately this is not the case. Ver 3.14
did fix the View SORT Stats, which also had crashed the program even
though this was not mentioned in the fix list.

As usual, we have phoned, faxed and troubleshot with a variety of
individuals to correct this and other difficulties. We are currently
waiting for the next set of disks which will "fix" the SORT Monitor
Region adjust and prevent lockups. Is there any one out there that has
kept up with the latest versions?? Cytomation claims that originally
the SORT monitor Region Adjust only occured in single parameter
histos?!! Our 3.14 continues to lockup regardless of parameter
number. The claims seem to say that only single parameter histos were
tested for correction. If so, why do customers receive versions that
have only been tested with one parameter histograms??

We use our Cytomation system all day, everyday and continue
participating to return info to Cytomation that might help to create a
better product. It is frustrating when concerns are improperly
addressed. Cytomation wants us to find in them a new level of support,
let's start with the routine stuff.
