Looking for a good permeableization reagent for TdT staining. Any good
one's out there? Am planning to try Triton-X and CalTag's. Any other
good procedures that could be used for bone marrows with 2 or 3 color
staining? All suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Tom,

In our hands FACSJUICE (aka FACS Permeablizing Solution) works the
best of all the methodologies we have tried. It works with nTdT,
cIgM, cTCR zeta, intracellular cytokines and other intracellular
proteins.

BDIS supplies staining protocols with the juice.
