I am looking for a UV-excitable fluorescent dye emitting in the blue,
conjugated to Pisum Sativum [PSA] or PNA. Excitation would be in the
range 330 - 380 nm, emission in the range 420 - 480 nm, and need the
brightest dye available.

Alternately, a pH sensitive fluorescent stain emitting brightly at pH
4, not emitting at pH7, would be suitable, with same excitation and
emission as above.

Any suggestions on where to look would be most welcome.
