Dear Ugo,

We have been using a method for permeabilising membranes which seems
to work very well. It works for all cytoplasmic and nuclear antigens
and is easy and quick to perform. Cells are fixed with
paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with Facs lysing solution
(Bectin Dickinson) and Tween 20. If you're interested in using the
method, the reference is j Clin Pathol,47,843-849 (1994) or
I'll be glad to send it to you.

Good Luck

Glenda
