We recently got a new FACSCalibur with Cellquest/Quadra setup and have
a couple questions...

1. Has anyone had a problem with incorrect region stats?
We drew a region around the population of interest but in the stats it
showed that 2300 of 10000 events are in the gate but percent gated is
100%. The mean values also seem to be off.

2. It sounds like some of you are successfully using a PowerMac
instead of the Quadra. I had heard these weren't compatible. Can you
do this? ...under what conditions/OS versions/etc.?

3. Our HP/PC users love to use WinMDI for analysis. Can you convert
Cellquest files to a PC format for use with this program?
