Colleagues:
If you are going to Rimini..... (see below if NOT attending..)

you will be able to collect a free copy of the CD-ROM - but only 1
each. You will have to fill in nasty forms at each booth to get your
copy, and there are only enough copies for 1 per attendee - so no
cheating please )! The form has about 6-7 simple questions to
answer (there's no free lunch) and has a yellow carbon copy that we
keep - so don't go to 3 booths and get 3 copies or we will get you
later..... After you have used the CD, fill in the rest of the form
and fax it directly to the fax number prominently displayed - that's
our feeback.

You can get these "nasty sequentially numbered forms" from Becton-
Dickinson, Bio-Rad, Verity, Softflow, Phoenix, Sigma, and Flow
Cytometry Standards Corp. booths. These companies (plus Integrated
Diagnostics who won't be at Rimini) provided the funds to give the
disk away for free at the congress.

**** If you are not attending Rimini Congress....*****

I have a limited supply of CDs left. To cover our costs and time in
distribution, I must ask for a check for US$20 for USA addresses and
US$30 for outside USA addresses. The check (personal or corporate in
USA, bank check outside USA) must be payable to Purdue University-CD
ROM. We will send a CD to you in order of date of receipt of checks.
When we run out, I'll post a message here and we will return your
check! Any money received will be going toward the costs of the
continuing the CD ROM project.

You can email a response to CDROM@flowcyt.cyto.purdue.edu for
information or to place your order - particularly if you are outside
the USA - I don't want to bias this in favour of people close by. I
may even get around to placing an order form on our web page..(maybe)

So far the few people who have previewed the CD have found it
valuable and fun...

Now, who has ideas for the next one?

See you in Rimini....

Paul
